Yoga decreases stress, builds positive self-image, develops confidence; yoga improves physical and mental strength in a noncompetitive, supportive environment. Build trust, and positive feelings, foster creativity and improve learning capacity in this fun parent and teen together Yoga class. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Register in person at the library in December.
